What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the repairs to your vehicle is with a major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
What Are Betterment Charges?
Tires, batteries, and other worn out parts are commonly subject to betterment charges when replaced during the repair process and are pro-rated by your insurance company based on actual miles on your vehicle.
When Can I Wash My Car?
RECOMMENDATIONS AND PRECAUTIONS IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS
DO’S Wash the vehicle by hand in a shaded area with fresh cool water and a very mild car wash solution using a soft cloth or sponge.
DONT’S
- Park under trees
- Use a commercial car wash
- “Dry wipe” your vehicle
- Scrape ice or snow with scrapers
- Park under where birds are attracted
- Do not drive on gravel roads in the first 30 days
- Spill gasoline, oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, or windshield solvent on the new finish
(All the above can chip, scratch, mar or damage the surface of the paint finish.)
